Who you're hiring

Two people, one standard.

There's no sales department here. When you call, you talk to an owner. When we quote your job, the person writing the number is the person doing the work.

That's the whole reason the quality stays consistent. On a bigger operation, the estimator sells it, a crew you've never met shows up, and nobody's reputation is on the line in your living room. We don't have that gap. If a wall isn't right, we're the ones who have to look at it — and we'd rather fix it before you notice than after.

We've worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Suffolk County and greater Long Island: single rooms, full-house repaints, exteriors, cabinet refinishing, rental turnovers, new sheetrock after renovations, flooring installs and exterior washing. Different jobs, same approach.

How we operate

The things we don't budge on

Not a mission statement. Just the handful of rules that decide how every job runs.

01

Tell you the truth

If your siding shouldn't be painted, if the walls need more prep than you expected, if a color is going to look wrong in that room — you'll hear it before we start, not after.

02

Price it in writing

Every estimate is written down with the scope spelled out. The number doesn't move unless you change what you're asking for.

03

Respect the house

Covered furniture, protected floors, sealed-off rooms, daily cleanup. You shouldn't be able to tell where we were except by the fresh paint.

04

Finish what we start

We show up on the days we said, and we don't disappear halfway through to start someone else's job.

Local for a reason

We work where we live.

Long Island houses have their own quirks, and knowing them ahead of time saves you money.

Salt air chews through south-shore exteriors. Older homes hide plaster walls that behave nothing like drywall under a roller. Post-war capes and splits all have the same tired trim details, and half the basements out here have a moisture story you need to understand before you seal anything. Being local means we're not learning that on your job.

It also means we're twenty minutes away when you need a touch-up, not two counties over.
